We were sorted into our tents . I was in a tent with 3 sikh boys . The tent was a bit slanting and in the night when we slept we kept on sliding on top of others. Anyway back to the day we soon find out that we were accompened by hundreds of revolting slogs which were in our sleeping bags, at the entrance of the tent, in someones shoes who had taken them off to go into the tents, in the water tanker from which we had to take our drinking water and so on........... .we had to go
on a trek everyday ( the least distance was 7 kilometers in all ) and when we tottered back wearly we had to slump into the tents for rest and then eat our food. The food was ok but the toilets , I haven't seen so revolting in my whole life . There were old broken down toilets woth some loo sticking on it rotting, the toilets were not washed for days, never once in all the time I have been there. but you know, now I am back, I miss the slugs and toilets and treks. I salute the peolpe who stay in high mountains(army men) to ensure our saftey.
I Salute Thee !
Our Noble Guardians!
